And the loser is ...

MSN's Money released their 3rd annual survey results, identifying companies voted into the customer service hall of shame and those who treat you right.  It seems in this economy, certain companies have sacrificed service, and have forgotten the long-term benefits of doing what is right by the client.  These firms also seem to forget the long-term memory of clients.  

Of those who earned a spot on the 10 Companies Who Treat You Right,
good employees, good training, good measurements, and making decisions that are in the best interest of the client seem to be the consistent theme.  Simple, right?
